3 Double-click on the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller and click on

the General tab. Click on the Reinstall Driver button.

4 The Hardware Update Wizard dialog box will appear and detect a

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. Select Install from a list or

specific location (Advanced). Click Next.

5 On the Hardware Update Wizard Window, Select Search for the best

driver in the these locations and uncheck all options except Include

this location in the search:, and click Browse.

6 When the Browse for Folder window appears, Select the folder:

C:\adaptec\usb2, which contains the driver information (.INF file) for the

device and click OK.
